1. What SeasonCue is
SeasonCue is a browser-based seasonal color shopping tool designed for people who already know their seasonal color category. SeasonCue Light Summer helps users evaluate photographed clothing colors, prints, contrast, depth, saturation, and lighting against a Light Summer reference palette.
2. SeasonCue is a shopping aid
SeasonCue provides color guidance based on photographs and browser-based analysis. Results are informational and are not guaranteed to be exact. Camera processing, screen settings, lighting, fabric texture, image compression, and other conditions can affect results.
You remain responsible for your purchasing decisions and for deciding whether a product, color, or recommendation suits your preferences.
3. License and permitted use
Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SeasonCue Light Summer for your own personal use, subject to these terms.
Each purchase currently permits up to three device activations. You may not sell, sublicense, share, publish, distribute, rent, or commercially exploit your SeasonCue license or access credentials.
4. Prohibited use
You may not:
- Attempt to bypass or defeat SeasonCue's license or access controls.
- Reverse engineer, copy, scrape, reproduce, or redistribute substantial portions of the application except where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to do so.
- Use SeasonCue to interfere with, damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
- Use automated tools to access SeasonCue in a way that places unreasonable load on the service.
5. Purchases and payment
SeasonCue purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Pricing, taxes, payment processing, receipts, and approved refunds are handled through Lemon Squeezy.
Your use of Lemon Squeezy's checkout and payment services is also subject to any terms and policies Lemon Squeezy presents to you during purchase.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the SeasonCue Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or waived.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, modify, replace, or discontinue features of SeasonCue over time. We may also perform maintenance or temporarily suspend access for security, technical, or operational reasons.
For a one-time SeasonCue Light Summer purchase, our current intent is to provide access to Light Summer updates without a recurring subscription. This does not guarantee that every future product, season, or major standalone offering will be included in the original purchase.
8. License suspension or termination
We may suspend or revoke access if a license is refunded, charged back, obtained fraudulently, shared beyond permitted use, or used in material violation of these terms.
If access is terminated for a material violation of these terms, you must stop using SeasonCue.
9. Intellectual property
SeasonCue, including its software, branding, design, text, analysis methods, interface, and original content, is owned by SeasonCue or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your purchase grants a license to use the product; it does not transfer ownership of SeasonCue or its intellectual property.
10. Third-party services
SeasonCue relies on third-party services, including Cloudflare for hosting and security infrastructure and Lemon Squeezy for payments and licensing. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
11. Privacy
Our handling of information is described in the SeasonCue Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, SeasonCue is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect color accuracy, or that every result will match your personal judgment, professional color analysis, or the appearance of an item in person.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SeasonCue will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including purchasing decisions made using SeasonCue.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, these terms do not attempt to exclude or limit that liability beyond what applicable law permits.
Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes, restricts, or modifies rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude, restrict, or modify.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use as SeasonCue changes. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version. If we make a material change that affects existing paid access, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice through the service or another appropriate channel.
